- Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Triple Edge Performance ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Triple Edge Performance ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and also to International locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
USPS shipping cost when checking out will include a $3.00 fee to cover handling cost and insurance since this is not included standard from USPS!
FedEx Home Delivery service for residential shipping runs Tuesday through Saturday
UPS Ground service runs Monday through Friday for both Business and Residential areas.
Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days after order has been placed and payment has cleared. Most Debit Card, Credit Card, and Paypal payments are instant. E-Check payments if available will take up to 5 business days to clear.
Complete Kit orders can take 3-5 business days to assemble and ship. We custom assemble every Complete Kit per order to assure they are a correct match to your transmission and vehicle.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Triple Edge Performance is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
- Sales Tax
Triple Edge Performance charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate, which is currently 7%, and the location to which the order is being shipped. We are located in Fort Wayne Indiana and sales tax will apply to all orders that ship within the state of Indiana.
- Return Policy
We strongly encourage you to contact us before placing an order if you are unsure about any item you would like to purchase.

ALL returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee so we again stress to ask questions before placing an order to assure you are getting the correct parts!!! Parts returns can be made within 30 days of when we originally shipped the order. We do not cover or refund any shipping costs for return shipping.
ALL electrical items are sale-final and are NOT returnable under any circumstance.

We also try to keep an eye on emails outside of our normal business hours and reply to them as soon as we can if after hours or on a weekend, or we will try to send you a reply early the next business day.
